That's what your imagination tells you Linux users think they can do.

I'm a Linux user and don't know the first thing about HTML. I also have no idea about writing software.

You closed minded MS lovers think that that's what Linux users so, and you've been stuck in the dark ages with your toy OS for too long. But no-one can drag your mind out of the sand to see the light.
