Is it everybody's computer?
I can't imagine everyone needing to search all of our corporate desktops for anything. If we let them find their info that way, then we're not doing our job as managers. This type of tool assumes that everyone's computer is, well, everyone's computer. I don't think private individuals should be subject to this type of invasiveness, but more importantly, it really complicates the ability of a corporation to protect it's business and client data. Is anybody actually in favor of this? And can anyone tell me how to block my users from installing it?
