Google's non-existent technical support or technical service
I am gratful to Google for giving us top nothch Picasa 2, Google desktop and other free software.

It has becvome obvious that Google does not want communicate at all with people that use their software and have discoverd problems.
A while back I encounterd problem with installing Picasa 2 on a new Dell XPS 600 comouter. It just would not install at all I have not had any problems with it on the other computer a Dell Dimension 8330.

I sent Google their form letter letting them know in detail of the problem I was experiencing and asked them for help. To date about five weks later I havenot heard a word from Google.

Soon after Google gave us Google Earth I noticed that previous locations I had looked at in the United States that were sharp and clear and saved before Google Earth came into being were no longer were just a blur. This condition lasted
for many months.

I wrote Google Earth an e-mail explaining to them my negative experiences with Google Earth after Google bought the prvious company and even sent them pictures of Before and after the purchase and creation of Google Earth. Again not a word from Google.

I wrote the Author of an article in PC Magazine who wrote a glowing article of the virtues of Google Earth , without it's faults of course, and askiked hoim for help inhaving Gggogle addres the problems i was experiencing. I never heard from him either.

There is no telephone number for Google Technical support. I tried many times by calling their HQ number. I often wondered what the mental capaciy of the people I talked to was before giving up on talking to some technically competent rson at Google.

This tells me a lot about how Google regards the people using their freebies. The recent exposes of google and others kowtowing to the Chinese government and helpig it to suppress the Chinese people andcensor the information available to them is absolute reprehensible and agains anyhting that i stand for.

Something is teribly wrong at Google and the fish is starting to smell. What a pity,
