True...but...
Business does have, to some degree, an obligation and
responsibility to perform within the laws of the land...

However, a U.S. company or corporation has a responsibility and
obligation to perform within the dictates of the U.S.
Constitution.

For example, can Wal-Mart place video cameras in my bedroom?
Absolutely not. Why not? Because Congress or some other
legislative body of the U.S. system of government has prohibited
it, determining that my right to privacy outweighs Wal-Mart's
right to place those cameras in my bedroom. Therefore, the
legislative body had enacted laws making it a crime to infringe
on my right to privacy.

My point is that Congress has an OBLIGATION and
RESPONSIBILITY to protect the God given right to free speech of
all persons...remember, the Bill of Rights does not apply ONLY to
U.S. Citizens.
