Finally some common sense...
I knew Google was a bad stock from day one and told my broker I wanted nothing to do with it. He told me not to worry, he was not going to sell it to me anyway. I am fully 100% invested in shares of Microsoft. My portfolio has been rock solid. It is essentially worth the same thing today it was worth 5 years ago. I told my wife this was the safe way to go, and that all we needed was 4 more stock splits and we would be set. My rep told me he had received 5 stock splits over his tenure at Microsoft so I figure I am due for one as well.
