The COPA was struck down as Unconstitutional
Why doesn't congress just rewrite the law so that it doesn't violate the US Constitution? The Act was considered overly broad because it requires blocking pornography, or anything that the current Attorney General considers harmful to a minor.

That could include song lyrics, or just about anything that Alberto Gonzales finds distasteful (any interview with James Carvel, perhaps).

These folks up on captital hill look silly beating this dead horse. Just tighten up the law and try again.
