If that is what he meant by yahoo 360 then I agree with you. I interpreted it as meaning that you shouldn't use them from the way I read his post though. *shrug* I will agree with your other point whole heartedly and add just one more of my own. (That by the way no one has to agree with, it's my opinion) I have absolutely nothing against a random sampling of non personal information. I feel that if it can't identify you then there should be no problem with the information anyway. Think of all the people out there that can already identify you just by using a people search from anywhere. Not to mention get your personal information that way too. And you're worried because the government wants non personable non identifying data? I could honestly understand being upset if they wanted personal information with that subpoena but they don't. (And no Shade Tree I was not pointing that at you)
