Let 'em pass a "law". Whatever content is hosted in the US will simply move off shore. Fact is, most of the porn content is already off-shore. Another useless law that the politicos can use to pander to the voters at election time. And anyone who opposes it (even as useless given the global nature of the net) will be branded as "Pro Porn!" pretty much as those who oppose the Patriot Act are somehow automatically unpatriotic. Typical politics -- talk a lot, say little or nothing.
