Properly implemented, the .xxx domain would be HIGHLY EFFECTIVE in reducing unwanted sex site access for children. Here's how to do it PROPERLY;

1. ALL sex-related web sites HAVE to obtain a .xxx domain name.
2. These same web sites can KEEP their .com names, but those names become CNAMEs in DNS (or equivalent), and redirect traffic to the .xxx domain.
3. That redirection can be filtered!

This proposal allows all web site owners to KEEP their "precious" .com names AND it gives parents peace of mind by allowing filtering. A WIN-WIN scenario!

Enforcement would be by blocking web sites (after court-order and appeals process LEGAL process).

GRAY AREAS: Victorias secret, Nation Geographic, Health and Nudist sites.

Compromise - Any pages that feature nudity would need to be hosted in the .nude domain. That would allow for filtering.

Any image that was "suggestive" -like lingerie or bikinis - GET OVER IT PRUDE! Same goes for written text of ANY kind.
