Your opinion is very dangerous
I would have to say that the U.S. Constitution protect hate speech also. However vile, or foul, depending on the situation.
It does NOT protect yelling fire in a crowded theatre, or screaming during a performance, or scream racial slurs at people walking on the street.
However if someone wants to get up in front of an audience of similar minded people and talk about how their race is "superior" or why a world leader should have won a war, I don't think that would go against the Constitution ( just simple intelligence).
Why should a company in one country have to change it's practices for another country, IN IT'S OWN COUNTRY. If France doesn't want something viewed in it's country, coming from another country, let it do something about it. The precident would be tragic.
"Hey China, anything you want us to block also?"
"What about you Iraq?"
-TV industry censoring on air broadcasts
-Radio modifing their signals so it doesn't go to another country
-Maybe we should tell France's companies what and what they can't broadcast over the internet.

It's a bad precident. It's simple the French court cannot influence U.S. based activity.
