by just looking at the trees. If their battle is so hopeless, then
why is everybody, specially Microsoft, playing catch up on
Google? They're building a platform, a very big one, where each
component falls right in its place.

competency (i.e. search)..." By this argument, Apple should have
stuck to their core competency (building computers and
proprietary software for them) instead of taking over the internet
