I've seen the Windows XP BSOD/coredump. Very rare, but it happens.

It also seems that getting the task manager when XP slows down to a crawl is a painful task. Their threading system still needs work. No one process should be able to take over the machine so much that the controls are sluggish.

And how many times have I seen that error message asking me to send information to Microsoft because something went wrong somewhere? User error, right?
