Actually, thats a trick question
First off, there would be no rights involved as 1 you'd be beatin within an inch of your life for vandalizing my property, being that I was a USMC Infantry Grunt. You have no right to put your propoganda on something not your own. If you own it then you can do whatever you want and see what outcome happens(i see a large group of vets finding you in a dark alley and giving you a suprise gift of pain you wont soon forget).

Second off, he owns the blog himself, as in he owns the content. So now here's where your trick question comes in. He doesn't own the bloggin service, and I can't really say what the rules are for the service as I find blogs a waste of time, so i'd never use one. I don't know where they conflict in regards to state/governmental laws, but if there is something in the policy that states MS shall conform to State and/or local laws over the blog then MS has every right to censor the blog to match those laws. I think what butterball and bj are saying is that his freedom of speech(remember guys, different countries like china have different rules and we dont make the rules, we abide with them when doing business in said country) is being abolished as a human right. Unfortunately China is still seen as a communist nation and they have the final say of what and when something shall be noted, not the person or persons who write the blog. MS could go out on their own as a US company and allow it to continue and cause friction with the Chinese government. Either way it's a no win situation for the person or persons involved, or in this case pending on the person whose reading point of view, a companies.
