Having trouble finding it in the constitution?
MS's motivation was simple - money over human rights. Communism over freedom. This was exactly why they did it!

You still haven't shown that it is a human right to have blog space on MSN. Until MS thugs beat the tar out of him for standing in Tienamen Square with a loudspeaker, MS hasn't chosen anything over human rights since no human rights were trampled. MS chose making money over not making money, this has nothing to do with communism, freedom, or any 'ism' other than capitalism. Carl said it best: MS is villified for not following EU laws but villified for following Chinese laws. Are you the authority now as to which laws MS should and should not follow?
