Did they have to pick such a bad example to copy?

I mean, iTunes is such an amzing PIECE OF CRAP, on any
platform. The interface is bizarre and confusing; what's wrong
with trees? That's how the rest of the Mac UI works. And the fact
that you can't just reset and regenerate your library whenever
you want is a real deal-breaker.

And what's with the fact that it has no default playlist? If you just
want ot pick a bunch of songs and play them, you have to
CREATE A PLAYLIST to do it. What's up with that? I thought Apple
products were supposed to be simple and intuitive. If I were
using Windows or Linus (i.e., Winamp or one of its clones), I'd
just drag and drop the list onto the default plalist window....

So I personally think they'd do a lot better to copy Winamp or
Musicmatch, if they have to copy anything. Much, much more
intuitive.
