Please give me example on salesforce
How would one handle their CRM application being down then ? Having everything on printed materials ? That is, for every conversations that you have entered into the system you print it out and stores it (how would you organize that in a sales team environment) ? or do you just printed them onto PDF and file that on a local file server ? Other than going to the old 'reliable' printed (or PDF) copies, I don't know what else is there to do here. Any suggestion ?

I do agreed with you, business continuity is a hugh area where most companies (especially small and medium size ones) doesn't know how to handle.
