We can talk all we want regarding the merits of the AOL and Google link up. But interestingly there is a hidden story happening.
Here is the hidden story, Microsoft cannot compete without having to resort to their Windows desktop market share! They did it with Internet Explorer, and now want to do it with their search engine! This raises the entire question is Microsoft capable of competing at all without Windows?
