Nope...
The fact that bad intelligence was a large factor in us going to war is well known. There were quite a few Democrats who supported the war based on the bad information too. This isn't just a George W. Bush thing. There's actually a quite good write-up of the whole thing on wikipedia:
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Senate_Report_of_Pre-war_Intelligence_on_Iraq

And here's a link to the actual investigative report done by the Senate Select Committee on Intelligence:
http://www.gpoaccess.gov/serialset/creports/iraq.html

Now, for your other claims. Most of the world did *not* oppose the Iraq war. A few vocal 1st world countries did, most notably France, Germany, and Russia. We later found out that France and Russia were selling military equipment, even at that time, to Iraq, despite a UN embargo!

WMD was a valid reason for invading, except that the intelligence was inaccurate. It's not that there was no indication that WMD programs could be in operation, it was that the wrong conclusions were drawn from certain facts that *could* suggest WMD programs were operations, but could also be explained in other ways. And you're suggesting the White House knew WMD was a bogus claim. They did not. The Senate intelligence committee didn't know either until they analyzed a ton of intelligence information and found that there were bits of intelligence that were *misinterpreted*.

You really shouldn't go around thinking everything is a lie - sometimes it's just ignorance or mistakes.
