Enough, already!!
Any "points" you may have scored with the first part of your post has been cancelled (IMHO, of course) by your "BTW". Frankly, I am soooo tired of people comparing someone else, their ideas, practices, etc. with Hitler, Stalin, (and Mussolini and Genghis Khan and Ivan the Terrible and Attila the Hun or whatever your "evil despot" de jour happens to be). Do you HONESTLY believe the Gates' to be on a par with the others you've mentioned?! Or, perhaps, you're merely demonstrating "petulant" and puerile"? In the spirit of Christmas, I'll go with the latter. At the risk of offending - "Merry Christmas to all"!! And a happy and prosperous new year, as well...

BTW: Time has also, in the past, selected Charles Lindburgh, Rudi Gulliani, Pope John XXIII, Pope John Paul II, Winston Churchill, Martin Luther King, Jr., Dwight Eisenhower, and Mahatma Gandhi, among others. Are the Gates' and Bono in the same league with them, then? FWIW....
