D. Hypotheses also exist. When observed they become experiments, when analysed they become data and when used as the basis of other hypotheses become information. ...And they can be wrong at any of those steps.

Wikipedia is a road, not a destination. likewise, Encyclopedia Britanica, Encyclopedia International, etc., etc., etc.
