This big joke is the undeniable proof that this so called ?Court? has been bough by the illegal entertainment mafia (MPAA/RIAA). The unitedState is in a downward spiral as openly criminal companies like Sony, MPAA, RIAA, macrovision and the like can do what ever they want as long as they have the money to buy the court or judges, Picking totally random target and illegaly sue them is does not going to put the RIAA back in peoples heart.

Placing illegal (and criminal) spyware/malware on music CD will only have the result that people who buy them will have to also D/L from the net at the risk of been totally illegally drawn in court by openly criminal American music cartel. Al this to be able to *LEGALY* (is a certain total idiot is axing on this) transfer music to MP3 player or Ipop. As now (thanks to common crook Sony) inserting a Music cd in your computer is as dangerous as kissing a chicken with bird flu.

There is simply to reasons at all to support the MPAA/RIAA in any way. Only pathetic clown, idiots and total dimwit will try to defend such dangerous criminal organization.

PS: Just go the EFF website and you will get all the proof you need that every time I say CRIMINAL I am right..
