We build "smart bombs" to better hit and kill a target.
That does not necessarily mean the target we hit is NOT a
civilian one. So we have evolved eh? Don't you wingers hate the
concept of evolving? Now 60 years or so killing civilians as long
as we did it was an OK tactic cause it was war. Now we get to
tell others that it is NOT ok cause it our civilians? However when
we do "by accident" kill the odd wedding party it is unfortunate,
but still forgiveable and natural result of war? This hair splitting
gets complicated.
