Note - prohibited for attacking *civilians*...not prohibited for attacking enemy combatants. Even those who signed the treaty are not prohibited from using it against enemy combatants.

Yes, I would agree that this is not a nice substance. But neither is receiving a bullet in the heart. At war, the goal is to kill the enemy. Pure and simple. I can only assume that your real issue is that we went to war to begin with. You have the table turned the wrong way, my friend. These people want to kill us...all of us. They want to rid the world of "infidel Americans". France just found out how peaceful Islam is...and other countries have already known. But somehow left-leaning liberal Democrats in this country still don't get it.
