Let's see some evidence

Some cost estimates and some data other than executive/lobbyist testimony to back them up would be nice. I'm still not averse to the idea of modest one-time charges for starting or stopping access to a particular station and think that carriers should have the option of providing certain stations for no additional cost, which the customer could block if he wanted to.

The principle is that those that pay should be the boss, not those granted monopolies by municipal corporations.
