I agree 'educateme' but . . .
you said "Arent you glad you use, Firefox and Safari?" Yes, I am,
but are you aware that Safari is 'built-in' to OSX similar to the
way IE is to XP? When OSX (or OSX app) looks for a browser it
defaults to Safari. Email looks for Safari. Don't like the email
client? Fine. Dump it for something else, but don't expect your
'mailto:' commands to work in any browser. You can change all
the settings you want, but the OS still looks for safari or Mail.
And then sits dead if it doesn't find it. Your points are very well
taken, but it should extend to OSX as well. These Apple yobs are
doing the same thing as Microsoft, and I hate it. Yes, I do like
using Firefox on ANY platform. Cheers.
