we think the user experience impact is modest...3 clicks
True to form, rather than admit they did wrong, and pay for a
technique that has been widely used and adopted by the total
internet user base, Microsoft would rather not pay for a
technology they stole, and instead will force its users to
succumb to another Click to complete a process that with PS2
already takes an extra click to enable anyhow.

In true form, concerned only for itself, you will now have to Ask
SP2 IE to accept an Active X web component, then will have to
click to get the component, and then maybe click again to see
the content you would normally only click Once to see in regular
use.

All this because they took someone elses idea years ago, and
made it part of the bastardization of mashing IE into the OS and
allowing all the harm that SP2 supposedly stops.

Nothing stops poor design flaws other than admitting it was
poor design to build IE into Windows, and how much better it
could be to rebuild without the IE flaws. You cannot depend on
this company to do anything for its users, only for their
pocketbooks.

Too bad most of the unknowing masses have been long ago
hoodwiinked by sloppy technology, its the Micorsoft way. enjoy
your new method of User experience (XP!) instead of one click
content, get ready to wear out your mouse finger trying to drive
windows where you want it to go. Now you have a Brain Dead
Browser, for a brain dead user base, how impressive. Go up 3
steps, and slide back 5.

Arent you glad you use, Firefox and Safari?
