On this issue is this really payback?
I'm lost a bit on this. A company (or individual inventor) designs
a product implements features then numerous years later
another company comes along saying they hold a patient on that
technique within your product. Though they did hold a patient
said company hasn't created anything. How is this infringing?
Yes someone holds a patient but before creating a product does
that mean a company (individual inventor) has need to read all
patients (years of reading)? Or do they create their product
hoping somewhere within the patient office there isn't a Gotcha
patient?
