These tripe hide behind the defense that it's the OTHER 3rd-party guys that are installing their software illegally. What BS! They PAY these 3rd parties to put it in by any means possible.

Don't cave in on this one Zone Labs ... stay the coarse. Kill the reputation and the rest of the company will fall.
