Keyword blocking doesn't work. It doesn't work for Spam, blocking websites or anything else and it's was proven not to work with P2P already.
Doubt a law suit will come of it but swapping will continue as usual.
Personally I think shutting Kazza down permanently is a better idea. They are scum. It's obvious they are making money off ads from people looking for pirated material.
