I'd love to see an indie artist who has a song with a similar title to a blocked one (and thus their song would be blocked) sue over the court's decision since their stuff that they want to be on the network is now being blocked.

Key word blocking is stupid. It will let material through it is supposed to block and block material it is not intended to block.
