Does product differentiation sell FireFox?
Have you ever met a FireFox user who liked or was neutral about Microsoft? And of that group, how many were uninterested in the fact that IE 6 has been around for a while.

I remember a book recording a man's effort to locate the "average" person. He used statistics to winnow down the group and eventually located a single individual. Whom he interviewed.

If you can find anyone who likes FireFox as a product rather than as an alternative to IE there might be a book in it.

On tabbed browsing, I had to try it before I knew how confusing it is, as well as inferior to the windows treatments available with IE.
Seems almost like ingratitude, but the moment IE includes tabbed browsing, it'll be turned off.
