Better Marketing People
Better marketing people isn't what Firefox needs. What they need is better marketing tactics. So far, the most publicity they get comes from tech sites (CNet, ZDNet, PCWorld, etc.). What they really need is a mass-market ad. Think about it: How often, when you're browsing, do you see an ad for a Microsoft product? Now compare that to the number of times you've seen a Firefox ad online (being careful not to divide by zero, of course). I think the Mozilla Foundation should spend less money on t-shirts and CDs, and more money on online advertising. (One might imagine a pop-up ad proclaiming, "You wouldn't be seeing this if you were using Firefox right now!")

Frankly, Firefox might lose its edge if they don't move on this soon. IE 7 contains tabbed browsing and pop-up browsing, so the more-visible reasons to give IE the heave-ho are going to be marginalized. (Security is something you notice by the absense of problems, rather than the inclusion of features.)
