they should add sync of mail/contacts from Outlook Express or Thunderbird
Like the .mac accounts do.
(and IE bookmarks).
This would be cool!
Also a synchronised folder in My Documents.
Office/works format documents could open in AJAX viewer/editor through MS Live.

Also hook it up to XBOX Live at the same time, and allow web surfing through XBOX Live (go to Live portal first). Hell I'd even accept MSN Search (although I'd probably bookmark google).
