Kofi, Kofi, Kofi.....

Annan acknowledged that the U.S. has exercised its Internet oversight "fairly and honorably" but said change has become necessary."

So Kofi says that it currently operates just fine, but it should be changed anyway.

Why? Because of the jealousy of a wanna-be superpower and the whining of a bunch of third rate dictatorships that have never been and never will be anything more than a drain on the resources of the civilized world?

"WE HATE AMERICANS!!!! But, uh, could you give us 2 billion dollars to feed our citizens?"

"WE HATE AMERICANS!!!! But, uh, we've got this country invading us, can you get your soldiers to come bail us out so we can hate you even more"?

"WE HATE AMERICANS!!!! But, uh, we've had this natural disaster and thousands of people who hated Americans are dead. Could you get your citizens, who we hate, to donate more than 1 billion dollars to help us recover?"

To hell with the 3rd world Kofi. If they want an internet to control, let them build their own.... that is, if they can stop killing each other long enough to do so.
