I never said or inferred to prevent others from playing.
I was just adamant about a free entrprise system. After all the web is based on free exchange of ideas. The US should for a while have the most say because we built the infastructure. They also have to contribute and share costs of the infastructure.

I do not mind showing poorer nations on how to do it, but they are going to pay for their own toys. As for dictators, they will have to figure it out for themselves. They also will not participate in any decision making. Only reward those with democractic beliefs.
