Kofi Annan doesn't hold a vote, so that's a point of agreement, since you don't want him to have a vote, and he doesn't. Good!

Now if we can get a list of the countries you want excluded from the ITU votes, we find at least the countries we agree on.

Italy perhaps? Poland, don't forget Poland, are you OK with Poland having a say or not?
