So how about Mexico or Canada?
Canada fits that bill presumably? EU, South Korea, Japan, etc.

Congratulations osreinstall, you've made the first step in accepting that there are other countries with a legitimate voice.

What about Mexico, are they permitted a vote or not? If you don't think they are entitled to vote, then why not?
