Just what the Internet needs a virtual government. Most people consider the unbound nature of the Internet it's greatest asset.

And China!?! Come on. They want less U.S. control of the Internet, yet they filter through all traffic to make sure their citizens can't access any information they don't want them to see and arrest people who post things they don't want heard.
