Don't settle!
I really don't want to see Streamcast settle here--we need
someone to take a case all the way and get some legal precedent
set (one way or the other). If they settle, entrepreneurs are still
going to be in the dark about the legality of any new disruptive
technology. Why not let a court set some guidelines so we can
all know what's legal and what's illegal?

Still, this might prove for a new business model--start a
company that the RIAA/MPAA dislikes, then go to court, then
"settle" by having them buy your company. Could be nicely
profitable.
