Careful there . . .
Careful about making bad assumptions, as I'm currently running Windows XP Professional.

*nix is great, but there's a select few programs I haven't found a decent replacement for yet, mostly a lack of good games. I've yet to find another mail program with a filtering system as powerful as Pegasus Mail's, though. Thunderbird just isn't the same, as its filters are all messed up; the authors, for some odd reason, decided that the local Inbox didn't need automatic filtering, and force everybody to manually filter it.

That, plus the logistics of transferring data to/from NTFS partitions is a bit of a pain. Last I checked, Linux didn't have write accesss to NTFS, which makes dual-booting a bit of a pain if I want to access and change the same documents from either OS.
