Begs the question...
"the second acquisition it's made in that market in recent months."

I am curious about one thing: Why exactly did MS need to acquire a 2nd VOIP company? Did they not get what they needed from the first one? Newer innovations since then by this 2nd company? Was it more to get the developers than the product?
