Microsoft can only dream about the quality of people that want to work at
Google. The image of Microsoft is a boring old tired company protecting it's twin monopolies, and atacking competitors by offering freebies with their billions in the bank.

Anybody with half a brain wants to go to where the exitement is.

So, Google will win the battle of the brains. The problem for Google in 10 years, is to not become the tired old company that Microsoft is.
