a PTO re-re-re-review is always good
To have the patent invalidated would definitely cause some internal PTO procedure reviews. For MS, that would be good and for the users too. Regardless, business owners and developers, prepare for the path of least resistence when it comes to litigation and mitigation - too bad they just don't arbitrate and settle prior to the courts getting ahold of the issue.
