It wouldn't have to.
Actually, it would be the content that would dictate what gets downloaded. For instance this week episode X has commericals in it for abc soap company and xyz supermarket. Next week you could put out a new version with commercials for def supermarket and lmn foods. You get the idea. And you could charge the advertiser by the down load of a particular commercial. So yeah the old commercial would still be out there on some torrents but the new one would be on others so both ad sets would still generate revenue.
