1) You sure can rotate commericials. We are talking TV here. You're TV box would be connected. The bit torrent package could come from anywhere. The show would have comercial spots that connect for the advertisement of the week. All Bittorrnet would be used for is to obtain the file.
2) You sure could do promos. "New Apprentice available Tuesady at 8 PM".
3) It would be a special player and people would still skip them, they'd find a way. If they want to go through that much trouble then let them. Others will just pay for comercial free because it's convient.
4) Bandwidth is getting cheaper and this is where technology like WiMAX will help.
