They'd never do that
Many problems:

1) Can't rotate commercials on the fly: Company pays for a 1-week ad: What happens after that? The distributed copies are still running the old ad. You said "Downloading Episode X of a show might have a comercials for on company and tomorow if someone downloaded it could be for another company" -- but that isn't how bittorrent works.

2) Can't do any network promos: "New Apprentice Tuesday at 8pm!" would seem silly if the episode containing it was downloaded months later

3) People would just skip 'em (duh). Unless they required a special player.

4) Bandwidth costs. Most BT trackers boot users with low ratios -- that would be too much overhead for a movie studio, so they'll have to bear the brunt of the traffic. No online ad is worth the cost of transferring huge files.
