Google is only ahead on search and me too at everything else.
2 college libraries backed out of the google program. I bet others will avoid them.

Since your customers are schools and libraries the teachers found that tool useful. You probable do not sell to the public hardly at all.

There will be those publishers looking at MS's pockets and sue them. It will be a distraction. Since fair use is subjective, they will not build their business on it.

MS can out produce google if it wanted to because they have more money. And if google loses, any gains will have to be given up.

DRM would not go for very much but they would trade services for it. Ip for IP. Google isn't going to win this, so MS is covering their bases.
