I don't see anything that says "we will make the public domain works we scan freely available seeing as it's public domain and all"...

Do they care to clarify, they scan a public domain classic, do they make it available publicy or only in their DRM'd eBook / Search result Snippet / etc.

If they sell the public domain works, do they charge for it? Once they've made the cost of scanning it back, do they continue to charge?
