You're out of luck there
As far as I can tell, all the pay for download services are 128 kbps
(although Apple claims a 128 kb AAC file sounds better than a 128
kbps mp3 file, and they claim that they're making their files directly
from the master tapes, rather than from a cd).

The only service I've seen with high sound quality is allofmp3.com,
dodgy though they may be. You may be better off just purchasing
cd's if sound quality is important to you.
