How about this...
When the RIAA started its insanity I quit purchasing music. So I
purchase albums from swap meets and the like. Extremely
inexpensive less than a dollar for an album and mostly in good
condition. Clean them, rip to the computer then burn to a CD or
my iPod. Yes I know the albums are older music but they're so
much better than the music put out now.

I'm finding albums that my parents and grandparents love
listening to as well. They're like kids again listening to music
from their past and I'm enjoying it as well.

Never again, because of the RIAA, will I purchase store bought
music. Also, friends are song writers and well published they say
because of their contracts song writers and performers are not
reaping any more money but the RIAA and labels sure are.
